Metamorphosis Boot Camps

A typical day at Metamorphosis boot camp

At Metamorphosis, every day brings something new.

We vary our exercise program selection to keep our clients interested and on the path of learning.

We start at 07:00 and finish at 19:00 everyday.

The day is mixed up with a variety of different exercises on offer. You could be doing HIIT Training,(High intensity interval training) Tabata bodyweight exercises, Boxercise, Rucking (Hiking), Core training, TRX (bodyweight suspension training), Yoga,  postural training, Circuit training and many many more.

We also include a daily educational presentation, some of the topics covered are nutrition, posture, growth mindset and spinal health.

What is also important to understand is that although there will be many physically active training sessions during any given day, you will be allowed ample time to rest and recover also, no one here at Metamorphosis expects you to be super fit.

Our boot camp caters for ALL abilities.

Our staff will be more than willing to put you through your paces. Whatever your current fitness level is.......

07.00- Power walk/ jog to beach

07.20- Morning workout (suspension training)

09.00 - Breakfast

11.30- Mid morning workout (boxercise)

12.30- Lunch

14.30 - Educational presentation (nutrition)

15.30- Afternoon workout (Tabata Fat burner circuit)

17.45 -Yoga

19.00 -Dinner

 

Day2

07.00- Hiking

07.30- Morning workout (Kettlebell circuit)

09.00- Breakfast

11.30- Mid morning workout (Pilates)

12.30- Lunch

14.30- Educational presentation (Spinal health/mobility)

15.30- Kyaking

17.45- Yoga

19.00- Dinner
